The syndicate – the hosts of tonight's fundraiser – has already contributed more than $5 million to Schwarzenegger....

at least 40 marijuana fields in the last two years. Last year, five
undocumented Mexican immigrants were arrested in one of the fields,

CA Bill To Criminalize Drug Use in Presence of Kids
Assemblyman Greg Aghazarian (R- Stockton) is
sponsoring a bill that would make it a felony for parents to use
marijuana or other controlled substances in the presence of minors
under their care.

Assembly Mulls Hemp Bill
Assemblyman Mark Leno, D-San Francisco, is pushing a bill that would
allow California farmers to grow industrial hemp. That comes about a
year after the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled the federal
government did not have the authority to regulate hemp under the 1970
Controlled Substance Act....
