Blue oaks and aquifer targeted by corporate vineyard (Lake)
Blue oak woodlands targeted for clear cut by Diamond Mine Vineyard in Lake County. After the oaks are gone, the vineyard plans to drain the aquifer and then spray their grapes with pesticides. Drift would contaminate nearby organic farms, lungs and diminishing oak woodland wildlife habitat....
