Marin and Comcast reach cable franchise agreement

Helping Sebastopol end mass murder
No member of Congress, judge, editor, or non-profit talks about undeclared war. Congress and 9-11 Non-Commander Bush legalized undeclared war in Iraq with Public Law 107-243. Sebastopol petitioned Congress to rescind it. All we the people need to do is get other Bay Area government to follow Sebastopol's lead....
