A number of voting irregularities in the region have prompted the allegheny county voting protection association to file a motion to keep the polls open until 9pm. One of the key problems is that there are insufficient number of legally required provisional ballots available at the polls. Meanwhile, I-Team 8 has learned of voters who were turned away because of what they were wearing to vote. I-Team 8 is investigating one case in which 27-year-old Scott Long of Morgan County walked in with a T-shirt. A takeoff of "Got milk?" it said "Got Bush?" for George Bush. He was pulled out of line and told he couldn't vote....

U.S. Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens Tuesday allowed Republicans to challenge voter qualifications at the polls in Ohio, a key battleground state that could determine the presidential election.
