T Train 25% on time;Engineering Report on Central Subway 39% done
The boondoggle, palm-greasing scheme known as the T Third train is now supposedly 25% on time, up from 12% on time, both signs of a failure in the planning stages, wasting almost $700 million from us tax payers. Meanwhile, the other palm-greasing construction project, the worthless Central Subway which is to go from 4th & King to Clay & Stockton, not solving any transportation problems, has an engineer's report that is 39% done....

Supes to Vote on Affordable Housing Package Today
With the City facing $130 million in surplus revenues, Supervisor Chris Daly has proposed a $28 million budget supplemental to acquire, construct and rehabilitate housing – with half the units targeted at those making less than $27,000 a year. Over the weekend, Mayor Gavin Newsom said that he opposed the housing supplemental – while at the same time urging the City to “do more” to get more affordable housing units. With a Mayoral-Board showdown looming on the horizon, over 100 housing activis...

Sophie Maxwell still does not get it and never will - T-third is not working!
T-third Street Light rail is not working and Sophie Maxwell still does not get it. It is as if everything is fine - the woman must be on something. 45 minute delays are now the norm and people are forced to take cars and other means of transportation to work and school. So much for people taking Public Transportation and so much of a fail system that cost over $700 million....

Right by Cargo and 3rd Street lies a bridge that serves all the heavy vehicular traffic on 3rd going north and south. The Illinois Bridge was built by Shimmick and Homer to address a light rail going to Pier 92 and beyond from Pier 80 - also to accommodate vehicular traffic. The bridge is too narrow and one of those million dollar projects - that has come to haunt the City and County of San Francisco....

With Friends Like These . . .
Rev Larry Arce, chief executive officer of the Rescue Mission, sends his “disciples” out to destroy homeless peoples property. Homeless people have lost their tents, clothes, medicine, and nearly everything they own in these periodic raids conducted by the Rescue Mission. Arce tells the homeless people who complain about his actions that he has the blessing of the city to “clean up” the streets of downtown Fresno. A California Public Records Act request shows that Arce is bluffing - no suc...
