San Francisco's Department of Public Works in Action - never!
The Bus Stop at Arleta and San Bruno Aveue by the Seven Eleven Store has been hit by a MUNI bus and it ready to topple down. Now will the SF Department of Public Works repair this concrete toilet - or will it simply wait till some one get hurts and millions of dollars are given out as compensation. MUNI, DPW, and the SF City and County of San Francisco do not care about real, concrete - Health and Safety issues. Here is one great example - weeks have gone by....

Update: Daniel has been out on bail since February 8th and is on house arrest. He is on electronic monitoring and is allowed outside of his apartment two hours a week to check in with his pre-trial officer. He is in New York City, eagerly working on his legal defense, employed part-time at WomensLaw.org and spending time with family and friends....

The Environmental Protection Information Center (EPIC) along with 2 other environmental groups filed suit in state court today. The lawsuit challenges Forest and Wildlife agencies' decision to allow the the logging of Scott bar salamander habitat. The Scott Bar Salamander was discovered just last year......
