This post today on politechbot.com suggests that the FBI may be preparing to once again serve a warrant for Indymedia server logs (despite the fact that Indymedia servers do not record IP addresses or other identifying information). In addition, Jim Warren describes his "pleasant" encounters with the FBI in the early 90s and late 60s....
