The 4:52 minute video below is from the march and rally held at Fresno City Hall on November 15, 2008. The march & rally was called to oppose the passage of Proposition 8. This video features Robin McGehee who helped organize and spoke at the event. About 500 people attended the rally and march, which many people described as the start of a new civil rights movement....

Father Geoff Farrow was the keynote speaker at the NO ON 8 rally, November 2 at Fresno City Hall. Last month, Father Farrow, who was a priest at the Saint Paul Newman Center in northeast Fresno, came out against Proposition 8. For this courageous act, he was suspended as a priest and removed as pastor. 7:57 minute video....

Last Sunday (November 2) Drew Stoeckel went to Cornerstone Church, a large conservative congregation that helped organize a Yes on 8 rally in Fresno, to see what they would talk about. The 4:46 minute video below shows the Yes on Proposition 8 rally took place at Fresno City Hall on Sunday, October 26. Rally organizers refused to let those with No on 8 signs step onto City Hall property. One No on 8 protester in a wheelchair told me he was pushed from behind and had his sign taken away. Yes on 8 supporters threatened, intimidated, and tried to cover up protesters signs. From the podium they preached Free Speech, while at the back of the rally they denied No on 8 protest...
