The UNION press conference will be held at 1 pm, Monday Sept. 13 (this coming Monday) in front of the Hall of Justice in Fairfield.
Hall of Justice is at 600 Union Avenue.
Our attorney, Mark Ravis, MD, JD will file a lawsuit on Monday in the Eastern District Federal court against CMF and individuals responsible for the medical neglect of Donald Swisher, a mentally ill inmate at CMF Vacaville. Swisher leaves behind five children who live in Merced, CA.
