Outsourcing Of Jobs At Valero Refinery
Valero has contracted with Altair Strickland to provide refractory services at the Valero Refinery in Benicia. Altair Strickland chose to use Diamond Refractory based out of Texas. Diamond Refractory will be employing a workforce from Texas to perform the service instead of utilizing members of the local community.
