Air Force colonel accused of defacing cars bearing pro-Bush bumper stickers
Denver, Colorado - An Air Force Reserve Lt. Colonel may face criminal charges in a vandalism case. The officer is accused of defacing cars at the Denver International Airport.
He allegedly blacked out pro-Bush bumper stickers on ten vehicles, then spray painted an expletive and the president’s name on the vehicle.
He is director of operations for reserve forces at the National Security Space Institute in Colorado Springs....

In two shootings by Iraq vets, war stress blamed
One was a skinny 20-year-old discharged from the Army who couldn't shake the piercing rat-a-tat-tat reminders of combat. The other, a decorated Marine family man whose job preparing bodies of U.S. soldiers for burial had caused clammy, restless nights.
Both home from duty in Iraq, they were on opposite ends of the country, but their stories have much in common....
