More than two hundred cargo ships are anchored in harbors off the Pacific coast today as a lockout of west coast dockworkers enters its second week. Talks between the International Longshore and Warehouse Union and the Pacific Maritime Association – representing shipping and terminal companies – broke down again late last night, prompting the Bush administration to weigh in on the labor dispute....
