DANA POINT, Calif. - Dead jumbo squid are again mysteriously washing up along Orange County's coastline, baffling scientists who are trying to find out why.
The Ocean Institute in Dana Point has conducted some of the research, shipping specimens to the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History and Stanford University for further study.

Assemblyman Greg Aghazarian (R- Stockton) is

Assemblyman Mark Leno, D-San Francisco, is pushing a bill that would
allow California farmers to grow industrial hemp. That comes about a
year after the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled the federal
government did not have the authority to regulate hemp under the 1970
Controlled Substance Act....
