SFPUC over charges 29 Bay Area Counties with little Accountability and less Transparency
San Francisco Public Utilites Commission according to the City and County of San Francisco recent audit has been over charging the neighboring counties some 29 - millions of dollars. SFPUC will now have to charge them lower rates to mitigate the blunder and ineptness of SFPUC....

Bay Guardian Does 9/11 - A Cautionary Tale
This is a very cautious telling of the obvious cover-up of 9/11, and a distancing from the more scary-to-imagine-but-scientifically-plausible theories (where the Bush Admin didn't let it happen, but instead, made it happen), but it gives some coverage to the issue. M9 US Military Out of Our Schools (video/quicktime 35.8MB)
On March 9th, the SFSU chapter of Students Against War held a rally to kick the military recruiters out of a career fair held on campus. With the military's policy of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell," they are in violation of SFSU's non-discrimination policy and many students showed up to voice their protest with the military's presence on our campus.
