San Francisco is looking to lose 30 percent of its home health care program for Medi-Cal patients. The Presidential Memorial of San Francisco is a group of San Francisco residents, who are trying to get an initiative on this November ballot, for the renaming of the Oceanside Water Pollution Control Plant, to the George W Bush Sewage Plant.
The group has collected so far 8.500 signatures (the amount of signatures needed for an initiative is 15.000).
