In the 6/4/07 sentencing hearing for District of Oregon eco-sabotage defendant Daniel McGowan, the prosecution made references to the “Midwest cell” of the Earth Liberation Front, and stated that investigations are ongoing. Daniel McGowan, who apparently took part in an action against experimental trees in Rhinelander, Wisconsin in 2000, has refused to name names in regards to the Midwest investigation. the rise in CO2 emissions and the Arctic Ice Cap
melting are three times faster than the worst case
