in this lovely scene, a corporate media "journalist" (and his cameraman, not seen) are allowed behind the riot police while everyone else is pushed down the street and gassed repeatedly. this was on friday near where the anti-capitalist march tore down a section of the wall....

What we need to say is not 'what was the use of all the protests' but now that they are over, and we know that it was a lot of hell for a symbolic gathering, what are we going to do to continue builing alternatives to the capitalist system, and to strengthen are community initiatives and solidarity....
