We Save Trees activists have risen up again! A treesit has been set up in a massive tree in the Bonanza THP near Scotia! In the middle of the night, climbers scaled the Gigantic tree, and set ropes and living quarters, in order to occupy the tree so it wont be cut. This area is adjacent to an older treesit village in a virgin redwood grove, that was clearcut in late 2002.
