10/2 SF Forum & Meeting: What Is Happening At San Francisco Community Access and Where Is Community Access in San Francisco is under attack. Producers and programmers have been banned without proper hearings and democratic procedures and there has been a real decline in the users of community access despite the great need for independent voices. At the same time the deregulation of cable has meant possible budget cuts. There will be a public meeting on Sunday Oct 12 to look at these issues....
