Poco antes, Raya disparó al aire, escondió su rifle estilo “assault,” y entró la tienda pidiendo assistencia policíaca. Cuando llegaron, Raya disparó y mató Sgto. Howard Stevenson de la policía de Ceres y hirió gravamente Sam Ryno, policía de Ceres. Raya huyó y murió después de otra confrontación con la policía, en lo cual recibió 18 balas....

The Brennan Center for Justice, the ACLU of Northern California, and the nonprofit advocacy groups Public Knowledge, the Center for the Public Domain, and the First Amendment Project filed an amicus brief today in Kahle v.
