The City and County of San Francisco and Mayor Gavin Newsom should clean up the area. Complete, with the State Park near by that was once a garbage dump site. The near by Yosemite Slough that is full of PCBs. The Shipyard that is a Superfund Site. When it rains the Parking Lot surround Candlestick Park floods - much of the water - polluted....
