T Train 25% on time;Engineering Report on Central Subway 39% done
The boondoggle, palm-greasing scheme known as the T Third train is now supposedly 25% on time, up from 12% on time, both signs of a failure in the planning stages, wasting almost $700 million from us tax payers. Meanwhile, the other palm-greasing construction project, the worthless Central Subway which is to go from 4th & King to Clay & Stockton, not solving any transportation problems, has an engineer's report that is 39% done....
