have 14 months to stop smoking under a new ordinance approved by the
City Council. The law is the toughest anti-smoking ordinance in the
nation. City Councilman Bill Dickenson, who opposed the ban, asked a
good question: "Do you want legislation that comes into your home

Santa Clara police report that a police officer who was unnamed but referred to using a masculine possessive adjective was assaulted by an attack that may or may not have been physical or may or may not have been a severe tongue-lashing that caused injuries that were not life-threatening by an unidentified suspect whose tongue may or may not have been unarmed and caused the officer to fire a masculine possessive adjective gun and injure someone or possibly no one other than himself.
