Israel proposes payment for homes razed in Gaza Strip
Israel intends to offer compensation to the owners of hundreds of homes along the Philadelphi route, on the border between the Gaza Strip and Egypt, if the buildings are damaged in the framework of the Israel Defense Forces' operation to broaden the road. They had no alternative but to remain idle, with approximately 60% of the students having to leave Nablus and return to their homes in the different cities and villages of the West Bank. They had hoped that the curfew would soon be lifted and they could complete their exams. It hasn't happened....
