A Disturbing Expulsion: Racism and the Cherokee Nation
As President Bill Clinton and others arrived in Selma, Alabama for the 42nd anniversary of the "bloody Sunday" march that prodded Congress to pass the 1965 Voting Rights Act, the Cherokee Nation chose a lower road. It voted overwhelmingly for an amendment to their constitution that revokes citizenship rights for 2,800 members because their ancestors included people of African descent....

Lennar BVHP LLC sued by employees that worked for Lennar BVHP LLC on Parcel A
Lennar BVHP LLC has been sued by some employees that worked for Lennar BVHP LLC. This is one of many lawsuits that will follow. Lennar BVHP LLC has continued to break many laws that govern decency. There was another shooting in the Bayview on Quesada around 8:10 p.m.
Here is another one the speaks to the Injunction that City Attorney Dennis Herrera is so proud off. Last night March 16, 2007 around 8:10 p.m. a man got out of his care and fired at another man and woman. The two were rushed to the hospital. Once again, in the last few weeks - yet another crime involving firing a gun that is NOT related to the Oakdale Area but is within the Injunction Area - where police are patrolling and making lots of money - Over Time....

East Palo Makes Good with Crime, Killings, and Violence
East Palo Alto (EPA) makes good by working hard and bringing the community, Community Based Organizations, Faith Based, City Officials, and the local Businesses to address Quality of Life issues in their neighborhood. This is the right method and it will bring great success. In San Francisco our City Attorney, Dennis Herrera, has been using the tool and wrong ploy of "Injunction" - it will , never ever work. Time to learn from EPA!...

Dennis Herrera brags that injuction is NOT a slap in his dirty face
We all know how Slavery was defended and is used in today circles by those that foster greed. Oakdale Public Housing is a small area - too small to even meet the term "turf". While the City and County of San Francisco has FAILED to deliver Quality of Life standards to the constituents - Dennis Herrera and a bunch of impotent legal gurus think they have won the war. Well, little battles make a War - and you ain't seen anything yet....

What Does the NAACP Need Now?
It’s being hyped as “a clash of cultures”. Bruce Gordon was unable to able to fit into the NAACP bureaucracy and now the NAACP’s opponents are labeling the situation as being: “Gordon was too new school". And, that Gordon epitomized a generational struggle within Black America over the direction of a movement still wanting to face traditional civil rights issues; as opposed to “new school” thinking of Gordon who was “pressing for service needs not being addressed for blacks”....

Public Housing by Candlestick Stadium is Alice Griffith Public Housing
Most White San Franciscans have no clue about Alice Griffith Public Housing. Mayor Gavin Newsom is trying one more time a gimmick that will fail. HUD will not fall prey to Mayor Gavin Newsom and his gimmicks. The City and County of San Francisco cannot handle its own mess and for the City to take over Housing, it will destroy what ever little credibility - this City of San Francisco has....
