91 killed in San Francisco and the toll keeps rising - Health and Safety an issue in SF.
It is critical because of the state of affairs prevailing in San Francisco and the rising amount of killings that we initiate the Community Policing Plan - with leaders in the various neighborhoods playing a key role. Our neighborhoods at one time - brought people together. Our neighborhoods at one time catered to families. Our neighborhoods at one time had good schools and there was Quality of Life issues addressed in San Francisco. At one time Church had a place in every family....
