The Los Angeles City Council will hold a hardship exemption hearing this morning for Cahuenga Caregivers Inc dba Bulldog Cafe. This is an important hearing in the hardship exemption process as Cahuenga Caregivers Inc was one of the original 187 medical marijuana collectives registered in Los Angeles under the Interim Control Ordinance (ICO, aka- the moratorium) in September 2007. Also, in a special session council will discuss the revised city ICO (moratorium) regulating the medical marijuana...

Fiber for clothing, food, paper pulp, jobs, agricultural awareness are all benefits of this proposal....

This second project report is based on the first-hand documented experience of Mr. Sandalio Gonzalez, retired Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Special Agent in Charge. Approximately 50 of the original 187 registered collectives here in Los Angeles have moved from their original loc...

There has been a lot of controversy regarding the loophole that allowed dispensaries to open after the ICO. The City is going to take some action by holding these hearings. It seems that they are focusing on the Highland Park and Eagle Rock areas....
