In San Jose, state drug agents killed a man in a case of mistaken identity Tuesday.
Agents from the state bureau of narcotics chased a man they believed was an armed parolee after a stake out at a home on the 800 block of North 14th St. Agents caught up with the man, there was a gun battle, and the man was hit.
