Crooked developers already tearing down buildings to gentrify the Bayview Hunters Point Crooked developers are already tearing down buildings without permits and not following the basic health and safety standards. Old buildings have harmful materials like asbestos and the tearing down goes without any watering and dust flying all over the place.
