MUNI 3rd Street Lightrail Going Nowhere - stops at Visitation Valley Over $650 million has been spent on MUNI 3rd Street Lightrail and it is going no where. Check it out it stops at Visitation Valley when it could have gone further to Ocean Beach and served a better purpose. Then we have two bridges under construction that should have been in place two years ago. One at Marin Street closer to Cargo Street and the other at 4th and King.
