4/13 Conference Call to Plan IMF/WB Actions
This is a call for local and out-of-town activists to facilitate planning
for direct action on Friday, April 23 protesting the World Bank and IMF
(calendar of days of action here below). The intention is to share
information on who is interested in participating and to agree on a time
and place for a physical meeting (proposed date is this coming Sunday)....

Comments on US-Morocco FTA
The US-Morocco deal tracks almost all of the harmful language of CAFTA.
It also includes a prohibition on drug reimportation which would
directly conflict with efforts in the US Congress to legalize
"reimportation" of drugs from Canada....
