It is as if everything is fine - the woman must be on something. 45 minute delays are now the norm and people are forced to take cars and other means of transportation to work and school. Right by Cargo and 3rd Street lies a bridge that serves all the heavy vehicular traffic on 3rd going north and south. The Illinois Bridge was built by Shimmick and Homer to address a light rail going to Pier 92 and beyond from Pier 80 - also to accommodate vehicular traffic.The bridge is too narrow and one of those million dollar projects - that has come to haunt the City and County of San Francisco....

Brown Jr., Sophie Maxwell, the House Negroes that are on the take is failing and the dream is a nightmare. Fresno mayor Alan Autry announced today that the City of Fresno, in a joint project with the County, will set up a homeless center in the downtown area. The center would provide this communities large homeless population a place to put up a tent, there will be portable toilets, trash bins, and a facility (probably a trailer) where homeless people can get information about social services like job training, employment, etc....
