The world is riveted in horror at the blatant negligence at best, more likely an INSIDE JOB, that is the 18-year rape of now 29 year old Jaycee Lee Dugard, by a paroled rapist, well-known to the federal, state and local governments for his heinous crimes as he had been convicted of rape & kidnap and sentenced to 50 years to life and then paroled after only 11 years so he can do exactly the same thing in the same area 3 years later, and the FBI openly states they did not even consider him ...
