It is about a highly successful anti-racist carnival in Manchester, GB that happened on 1st September. This clip features some more of the amazing Billy Bragg singing some beautiful and original songs with an anti-racist theme. Tne sound quality is much better than on the dial-up version of the file I posted earlier today....
