Fear of Bio-Weapons & Longshoreman "slowdown" ?
Our government has stated that the Sea Ports of our country are a vulnerable target for terrorist. It has also repeatedly issued "Terrorist Alerts". But it has not in any meaningful way deployed personnel to detect, isolate and or educate any of the Longshoreman in regards to biological and chemical weapons attacks.
