October 16, 2006 at 12 noon on the steps of City Hall Over 33,000 signatures were collected from constituents all over the City and County of San Francisco and all of them very certified by the SF Department of the Elections. On the 40th Anniversary there will be a March on 3rd Street 40 years ago there was a riot in the Bayview. A young man Mathew Johnson was shot by the San Francisco Police.
