Protect Medicine Lake
Medicine Lake is Sacred Ground and it is time that those that choose to destroy and defile stay away from the Sacred Places chosen by the ancestors and respected for thousands of years. The Courts should respect Sacred Places and it is NOT right that again, and again, again, we plead and beg for the Courts to understand what is simply right - respect for all Sacred Sites - Respect for Medicine Lake. Honor our ancestors and what is more Respect - Mother Earth....

The Sacred Shellmound Walkers
All over the Bay Area for thousands of years stood the Sacred Shellmounds. Sacred Burial Grounds of the Ohlone people. Kudos to Wounded Knee, Corina Gould, Morning Star, Perry Matlock, many others who have continued to visit these Sacred Sites in pilgrimage over which the Ohlone have Patrimonial Jurisdiction. San Bruno Mountain very close to San Francisco is the largest intact Shellmound. Now, once again a developer wants to build homes in and around the Shellmound....

Mayor Gavin Newsom is about dividing people. Lennar BVHP LLC has been very busy dividing people by building walls. Walls are meant to keep people out. Folks that live in " gated communities" are mostly dubious in nature. Lennar has a track record of discrimination....

Lennar BVHP LLC fails to follow basic rules and regultions on Parcel A at Hunters Point
It has been some months now that Ball Gordon N Inc. from Alamo has been polluting the area around Parcel A - crushing Serpertine Rock and bombarding large areas with the most harmful Asbestos Dust. Such blatant disregard had never, ever been seen in recent history. Regulatory agencies have issued Notice of Violations (NOV) but Ball Gordon N Inc. - continues to adversely impact hundreds of innocent constituents - in and around Parcel A....

There was another shooting in the Bayview on Quesada around 8:10 p.m.
Here is another one the speaks to the Injunction that City Attorney Dennis Herrera is so proud off. Last night March 16, 2007 around 8:10 p.m. a man got out of his care and fired at another man and woman. The two were rushed to the hospital. Once again, in the last few weeks - yet another crime involving firing a gun that is NOT related to the Oakdale Area but is within the Injunction Area - where police are patrolling and making lots of money - Over Time....

East Palo Makes Good with Crime, Killings, and Violence
East Palo Alto (EPA) makes good by working hard and bringing the community, Community Based Organizations, Faith Based, City Officials, and the local Businesses to address Quality of Life issues in their neighborhood. This is the right method and it will bring great success. In San Francisco our City Attorney, Dennis Herrera, has been using the tool and wrong ploy of "Injunction" - it will , never ever work. Time to learn from EPA!...

Dennis Herrera brags that injuction is NOT a slap in his dirty face
We all know how Slavery was defended and is used in today circles by those that foster greed. Oakdale Public Housing is a small area - too small to even meet the term "turf". While the City and County of San Francisco has FAILED to deliver Quality of Life standards to the constituents - Dennis Herrera and a bunch of impotent legal gurus think they have won the war. Well, little battles make a War - and you ain't seen anything yet....

Public Housing by Candlestick Stadium is Alice Griffith Public Housing
Most White San Franciscans have no clue about Alice Griffith Public Housing. Mayor Gavin Newsom is trying one more time a gimmick that will fail. HUD will not fall prey to Mayor Gavin Newsom and his gimmicks. The City and County of San Francisco cannot handle its own mess and for the City to take over Housing, it will destroy what ever little credibility - this City of San Francisco has....
