The high cost of war hits home in the Bay Area with the loss of two more young soldiers. Both of them were teenagers just out of high school. Both of them were from the East Bay. 19-year-old Marine Lance Corporal Travis Layfield of Fremont died Tuesday while fighting in Iraq's Anbar province. Also killed on Tuesday was 18-year-old Kyle Crowley of San Ramon. Marine officials told his family he died in a fierce gunfight east of Ramadi....
