Since May we have had volunteers from other neighborhoods come to sites like Oakdale Public Housing in San Francisco, up on the hill by Kiska Road, by Middle Point to do some outreach and try to lend a helping hand and see for themselves the suffering inflicted by Lennar BVHP LLC on innocent people. Now, slowly but surely we are getting reports of some of the volunteers feeling dizzy, others suffering from rashes, still others from bleeding noses, still others with headaches and still others ...

We now have a MOVEMENT and it is grassroots and we are going places. There is no way an entity can stop thousands of people on the ground and millions that know about the pollution and adverse impacts to constituents in San Francisco from being stopped in the tracks. No way, and not with videos, and other first class media showings in the wings. We are flying high and can see the "thugs" that have with INTENT harm our children and elders. We will take them on - because that is the right thing...

I stated very clearly years ago before the SF Board of Supervisors: " no good will come at Parcel A unless those that develop the land respect the First People". In the past year alone over thirty percent of the children living in the Bayview Hunters Point have increased breathing problems, asthma for sure but added to that nose bleeds, severe headaches, burning eyes, constant coughs and it goes on and on. Most everyone knows about San Quentin but most everyone has not had an opportunity to visit the inmates that linger behind bars. Many of them for lack of justice. San Quentin has a long history and it is not a good one. The institution lacks the amenities that should be in place to treat and house decent human beings and it is wrong to treat any human being like cattle....
