On Friday April the 10, friends and supporters of David came to the Alameda County Juvenile Court in Oakland. David has been arrested on January 7 in the demonstrations that followed the Oscar Grant murder. He is the only minor to face felony charges. According to David, he is targeted by the state for being a person of color, a communist (David is part of the Revolution Club), a community organizer, and from east Oakland.
