NASA Climatologist Predicts Disastrous Sea Level Rise
In an interview on Australian ABC Television program, The 7.30 Report, James Hansen, a prominent NASA climatologist, predicted the liklihood that the earth will pass a tipping point resulting in Sea Level Rise of up to a metre every 20 years. The trigger for this is an extra degree of global warming resulting in the runaway melting of the Greenland and West Antarctic Ice sheets....

The Ninth Appeals Court in San Francisco ruled in favor of several tribes to protect the Sacred Ground on San Francisco Peaks in Arizona. The final adjudication has been posted else where on this site. This victory sends a green signal to all First People that the right of the Native Americans should be protected. There have been added rights since early 2000 - that put dubious entities on notice that have discriminated against Native Americans....
