65 year old disabled man was physically assaulted by Berkeley central library "guard". Then he was assaulted by the police. Then he was turned over to "Berkeley Mental Health." Then he was repeatedly assaulted and forced into a hospital. It was a six hour ordeal..He was released with an "I am sorry." Now he has inappropriate bills. The one from Alta Bates is for $1,440.00....
