Jerry Brown Endorsed Shooting Of Protesters And Port Workers
Jerry Brown has a reputation for being "liberal" or even "progressive", but many Oakland residents know better. Brown has been a strong supporter of sending minority students to a new military academy he helped set up and now Brown has openly endorsed the use of wooden and rubber bullets on peaceful protesters and dock workers....

Oakland Press Conference Pictures
On April 7th 2003 the city of Oakland attacked a peaceful gathering of protesters. The wooden bullets used by the police clearly indicated on their casings that they were not meant to be shot at demonstrators and that they could be fatal. Speakers from the NLG and several protest groups spoke at City Hall at 2:30 to address the aggressive police tactics of the OPD....
