It was communicated to us, that two houses in Denver had been raided by the FBI and that at least two people had been arrested. Their charges and situations are not at this time known to us. We do know that they were asked questions about the upcoming election events including the Democratic and Republican National Conventions, as well as questions about "ABC"....

The NAACP, after years of ducking taking a public stand on the case of Pennsylvania death row prisoner Mumia Abu-Jamal, voted on an "emergency resolution" near the end of its annual convention in Philadelphia Thursday to call for a new trial for the black journalist/activist, and to urge local NAACP chapters to work toward that goal....

Farouk Abdel-Muhti: Palestinian Freedom Fighter Called For Unity Moments Before He Died
Palestinian freedom fighter Farouk Abdel-Muhti, died Wednesday, apparently of a heart attack, after giving a speech in Philadelphia. He was 57 years old. His death comes just three months after he was released from jail where he was detained for two years without charge. We hear a recording of his last words as well as an address he gave on the night he was released from prison and we speak with his son Tariq and his fiancee and longtime friend Sharin Chiorazzo who was with him when he died....

Update and Schedule of Cardenas Grand Jury
The schedule of the Grand Jury is as follows: Wed. 7-21 will be a part of a day with only a couple of witnesses. Thurs 7-22 will be a full day, Friday will be off and back on Monday and Tuesday 7-26 & 7-27. The DA hopes to conclude by Tuesday of next week....

Eight housing activists who enter an abandoned building during a protest are held at gunpoint and charged with multiple felonies....
