A protest at Oakland Frank Ogawa Plaza against the Alamdea supervisors proposing to build a large juvenile prison. Prevention might be a good thing here instead of a prison. The prison guard union has really gotten strong and I am sure they are not opposing future growth and influnce of the guard union with this new prison. Maybe protesters should form a lobby and influnce the governor and others with generous campaign contributions. The prison guard union does!...
