The vigil is on tonight (Tuesday) and until tomorrow (Wed.Aug 22) noon at 499 High St. in Oakland.
Taking BART get off at Fruitvale (about 35th St.) Walk up San Leandro until it intersects with High St. (at the 4300 block of Fruitvale.
Turn right on High for about five blocks....
