yesterday, The Healthy Choice was raided, by local police. The police also raided Mikes home. Apparently, even after showing local police the Attorney General bulletin to California Law enforcement, they proceeded to arrest qualified patients....

We need to start organizing against the death penalty!!!!! Now is the time the jury is deliberating to keep the death penalty for Ernesto Arellano and Oscar Cervantes. We have about a month until the penalty phase ends. The penalty phase is when family and supporters try to convince the jury that arellano and cervantes are valuable to society. Let's put pressure on the jury. I propose we meet at the Yolo County Courthouse each Monday night (5 p.m.) until they make their decision....
