Justin Watt, who runs a MMJ patients' delivery service in Redding,
was arrested by Shasta County sheriffs for possession of MJ & hashish
in his car. Watts says he was picking up medicine for his patients
in full legal accordance with SB 420....

A small but out spoken group of activists from the California Nurses Association staged a protest outside the gates to the governor’s Brentwood estate today. The protest was held today at the mansion in response to the governor’s lavish Super Bowl party planned for tonight....

On February 3, 2005, Mattilda, a.k.a. Matt Bernstein Sycamore, spoke at Bookshop Santa Cruz. Mattilda is the editor of a 37 author anthology called,"That’s Revolting! Queer Strategies for Resisting Assimilation."

An injury to one is an injury to all. Alton has been threatened in his car by police before. He called the police and made it clear that he would not let them murder him. Being commited to defending yourself is distinctly different from "threatening to attack a police officer." That the officers in question knew of his statement, made at a previous profiling incident, is further evidence of a criminal conspiracy among racist police....
