A year ago on 24 October 2007 a young independent journalist and editor, Alisher Saipov, was killed in his home town of Osh in southern Kyrgyzstan as he was walking down a street with an acquaintance. Listeners' money is being wasted on a lawsuit that should settled. Pacifica Counsel Dan Siegel allows this to continue and nobody seems to be minding the store.
