At one time the Colleges and Universities were the hubs where issues were discussed and policies challenged, brought out in the open to bring about real change. My family and I express sincere condolences to the family of Dr. Nemesio Prudente. We grieve his passing away. At the same time, we accept his well-deserved rest.
